5-Minute Cheesy Broccoli Carrot Soup

Boil some pre-chopped broccoli and carrots in a few cups of water until soft, then pour in some Leahey Gardens vegan cheese sauce mix, and voila, soup is served! Right before serving, I sprinkled on a generous spoonful of Garden of Life Raw Probiotics for Kids to give this soup an extra immune-support boost, and Zander happily gobbled up two big bowls for lunch. We call this “Bunny Rabbit Soup,” because it’s full of things that bunnies like to eat. 🙂
