I am such a slacker! The rest of my week was totally crazy, and I just didn’t have the time to take photos or write reviews of my remaining meals from Pure Market Express. But on Day 3, I did take photos of my lunch (after I had already eaten part of it) and dinner, so I’ll talk about those.
For lunch, I had the turnip ravioli, which is absolutely outstanding. So good, in fact, that I ordered more than one for this week’s shipment, which is scheduled to arrive sometime today. The creamy mellow nut cheese is delicious, and the texture of the turnip ravioli is superb. It is also very nicely seasoned. I highly recommend this dish.
For dinner, I ate the garlic alfredo pasta, which was a healthy portion of spiralized zucchini with a smooth creamy sauce and a little pouch of those to-die-for “bacon” bits made from dehydrated eggplant. It was really flavorful and chewy (thanks to the bacon bits), and I ordered more than one of these for next week, as well. I’ve shared two photos below: (1) how it was packaged when it arrived, and (2) once it was mixed together.
The long and short of it is that I am officially a huge fan of Pure Market Express, and I have ordered another week’s worth of food from them, plus a pantry sampler!
