Messy Dinner

Tonight for dinner, Zander massacred a plate full of spaghetti and vegan meatballs with nutritional yeast, along with some “cheesy” toast and half of a large avocado. For dessert, he polished off about 1/3 of a vegan raspberry-filled donut that we purchased after today’s delicious lunch at Nashville’s vegan restaurant, the Wild Cow. This photo is of Zander zealously guarding his last bite of donut with a (vegan) butter knife!

Kim McCoy is a passionate animal and environmental advocate with a B.S. in Business Administration from UT Knoxville and a J.D. specializing in Animal and Environmental Law.
